Field Trip to Jackson Heights, Queens- shopping, eating, exploring

Jackson Heights, Queens, is one of the most ethnically diverse neighborhoods in the world; we will be exploring the South Asian section, visiting sari shops, spice shops, hindi film and music shops, a henna salon, jewelry stores, book store, restaurants etc.

This will not be a guided tour bur rather an opportunity to explore as your curiosity guides you; we will provide you with an annotated map of the 4 sq. block area to help you get the most out of your visit; bring an open mind and wallet
