Shipping
All items
are shipped by US Postal service and rates are determined by the number
of items you order. Domestic orders are usually shipped within
a week. International orders take about 1-2 weeks for delivery
depending on your location. Domestic express shipping must be
received before 3 pm EST to be shipped the same day and orders usually
arrive the next day.
Shoppers in the NYC area can pick up orders; book an appointment here
Returns
If not entirely satisfied with a product please return it within 30 days
of purchase and Maison Kenzi will refund your money or exchange the product. Shipping charges are not refundable. Henna powder must be kept in a cool, dark place in a sealed bag or container; Maison Kenzi is
not responsible for any defect resulting from improper storage of
your henna. Maison
Kenzi stands behind its products; our henna is air-shipped from Morocco to guarantee maximum freshness and thus, its staining ability.
Our artists use the same henna powder that we sell on the site.
Because henna is a natural product some variation can be expected
from crop to crop but we always test the powder to make sure it is
up to our high standards. If you are having a problem with the
henna powder, please email us and we will try to help you out. Sometimes you may have to change
your recipe or your methods to get your paste perfect, and we will
help you in any way we can.
